Welcome Everyone

The wonderful world of Zoe is what I hope to share with you all here on my blog. Life isn't always easy, but then that's the case whoever you are. But no matter what each day brings I always try to start and end it with a smile - to look back and know I controlled my day, the day didn't control me!

Hello desk hoppers and all!

I'm here as always (well not every week but most!) to share my desk with you. If you don't know what it's like to hop around the world spying on desks then you need to go to Julia's to see and join in!

Now most of you know I'm fairly tidy, my desk while long isn't too wide so I have to put things away and everything has a place in my room, but this morning finds my desk looking rather full, well for me anyway! -

Far right, hmm there's the radio which usually has Talk Sport or the Rovers commentary on, then there's my old laptop that I'm trying to sort. The pen storage seems to have grown, am sure those empty trays weren't there yesterday morning.......... ;) The purple Spectrum Noir certificate on the wall reminds me that I did indeed pass the test and am an Accredited Spectrum Noir Colorist!

Moving over we find the phone and Ottlite, plus my orange Project 2013 Smash Book, I left it there to remind me to post later in the week my page for last week - something I've set myself a goal to do. There's the letter 'S' at the back, not sure what I'm doing with it yet (S for Savannah, my niece).

I decided last night I really should get on and cut up and store my ever growing pile of stamps that were in the window sill so I thought by putting them on my desk it may prompt me to do so, we shall see!

There's the usual tools and bits and bobs on there too.

Right I'm going to nose at pop by some desks while drinking my coffee then I really should start on those stamps......shouldn't I?

Take care Zo xx

Hi Zo!

You do have a very tidy desk - mounting stamps is a bit of a job - not really keen on it but sometimes you have to do what you have to do! Love your radio!

Gosh, you are very tidy:) Well done on the certificate - you do have rather a large collection of pens and a great storage system for them all - mine are in plastic boxes.

Happy Wednesday. Susi #79

Lots going on there, Zoe. You certainly look busy and you keep your beautiful space so tidy. I used to be terrible at cutting up and storing stamps but now try and do it as I get them, I find I use them more if I can find them!!!!!

Hi Zoe, Nice tidy organised desk waiting to be messed up! I hate mounting stamps but it's worth it when they're done. Take a tip if you don't already do it... wipe your scissor blades occasionally on a clear Versafine pad and you will cut the rubber and sticky backing much easier. even non stick scissors aren't as good1
Lots of love Jo x

Thanks for stopping by my blog, I'm so late this week.
Looks like you have a fair amount keeping you busy, good luck with the stamps, I have a rule to cut and mount stamps as soon as I get them so as not to have a big pile like you now have he he he, have fun x

I love having new goodies, but not keen on cutting rubber stamps as I am always afraid of slipping. Some of them are so close!
My haven't you got alot of pens! I like Mary's idea of a class, but not sure I would like peeps to use my pens as they get the user's groove don't they?
