WOYWW 189

Morning!

Well it's a quick short post from me as I'm off next door to be a model......ha ha can you imagine! But seriously I am. My neighbour is a beautician and has asked me if I'd be her model/guinea pig to practise her new nail tips. Gel or Acrylic am not sure. But I said as long as the nails aren't red I don't care what you stick on my fingers!

Right pop over to Julia's to join in the desk dash and show yours to the world.

Here's mine -

This is the working area of my desk, some pens and colouring on the go with the stamps that go with it, scissors and a card I made last night. It's one of those cards that isn't for anyone in particular I just played and it happened!

The window sill and end of the desk. All my stuff I use all the time and the window sill is full of stamps that I'm playing with or that I'm waiting to cut out.

The other end shows my ever growing pen collection, large pocket Smash books tucked away, my Cuttlebug, radio, phone and Ottlite are all there as is my old address book with the new one waiting to be filled. The white tube pieces are my grippers as I call them, I slide them onto pens and tools so that I can hold them better.

That's it, time to have a coffee and relax. I'll be back later to see what you've been up to.
Take care Zo xx

  21. Nice neat desk there Jo and that card looks great.
As for my pegs, they are just normal dolly pegs and are not particularly small ones. If you go to Wilkinsons they are on offer at 70p for a pack. I now use covered hair elastics from Claires to hold them on as sellotape comes off!

  22. Knowing you're a Bristol Rovers fan, I'm not surprised that you don't want red nails!!! ROFLMAO.... Nice though. I hate the feel of nail varnish and falsies, so I've never had them done properly, but I've got some self adhesive ones that arrived from Santa, so I might just push the boat out, and grin and bear them for the wedding!

I love the card you've made - very suitable for anybody male, eh?

Thanks for stopping by - hope you have a good week....

  24. Hi Zo-with-the-posh-nails. I've been growing mine out for the last four months but would really like to get them done again soon. Like the card, it's good to play sometimes. I see you've got loads of the spectrum noirs - I'm really feeling the urge, I'm thinking they seem to have a better range of colours, especially pale ones, than the copics and promarkers I have already. But will have to wait for payday as I haven't been particularly good this month.... Happy WOYWW Cindy

  25. Hi zo
gosh what a tidy desk I hope it isn't because your false nails are too long and you cannot pick anything up. The card looks great

  28. Happy Belated WOYWW. Well, we did go to Manchester (but only for one night), so only now back in my craft room. Should be doing my Feline Playful blog post, but just catching up with a few blogs that I follow first. Your desk is so organised. Like mine should be, but there seems to be a lot of 'stuff' piled up at the moment. Oh well, will get it cleared over the weekend. Love the nails BTW. 29. Card seems to be coming together nicely - love your craft desk so organised just how I like to craft - I am not sharing a desk as away from home looking after my friends cattery but enjoying having a good look around everyone else's desk

  31. Tidy, tidy desk - not a thing out of place! Of course, being soooo late, I've spotted those nails - stunning! I can't imagine what it's like to wear false nails but I'm inclined to think it would be odd. We have snow today, but sadly it's not lying so no pretty garden for me to look out on :( Take care and keep warm. Elizabeth x #52
